Borders and Top Borders

This has been a difficult lesson. We could use a chart to show what the html code is versus the CSS Code. Or at the very least an explanation of what the CSS code is doing for us.

Even though this has been challenging, I am glad I am being given the opportunity to learn each lesson. My graphics can be very rough but over time I hope they will improve.
