Their next instructions included to make special note where the obstacle was and return to the main camp area. A day or so later, a team of staffers were selected, which included my son, with a mission to return to the area and relocate that obstacle. They were successful in their mission!

I am grateful that I did not encounter this creature in my scouting experiences. If I had run across it, my sipping of hot chocolate that evening would not have been around the campfire ring, instead it would have been at the nearest Holiday Inn!
